Natalie has earned her Bachelors in Science at California State University, Long Beach in Black Studies. Later she completed her first Masters degree in cross cultural education and completed her second Masters Degree in Special Education. Natalie possesses a unique skill set in education-related roles, for decades combining experience with education. She has held several prominent certificated positions in education in California and Arizona as Lead 10th grade teacher, curriculum team lead, administrator-intern, school reform committee researcher, Resource Specialist Teacher (RSP), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) supervisor, Special Education Teacher, Special Education Strategist, Special Education coordinator, Teacher Trainer/Coach, Special Education Director and Child Care Owner. With mastery of each position came promotion and a greater learning of the field she so passionately loves. As a formally trained Education Specialist, Natalie possess the skillset to determine legalities, appropriate testing, goal setting, and administrative accountability to ensure all students have equal opportunities to be their best self. Natalie has a direct and technical approach when advocating to ensure the equality in education is present at all times.
